Draining capacity and waterproofing protection

Drainage systems have a fundamental role in the building industry: groundwater and infiltration water present in the land must be removed to prevent any accumulation of overpressure on the structures, deteriorating them, attacking waterproofing and reducing its durability. Today, various plastic products have almost completely replaced traditional materials, such as gravel and cement, which require much more expensive and demanding operations, compared to a lower draining capacity.

The draining capacity of TENAX composites is superior to that of traditional systems. TENAX products are also an effective element of waterproofing protection.

The superior performances are guaranteed by the presence, inside, of a three-dimensional structure that identifies the channels of removal of the water. The excellent resistance to compression, tensile and puncture, improve the protection capacity of waterproofing. In TENAX drainage products there is a considerable dimensional stability and therefore a great capacity to support the forces that fall before during and after the re-filling. TENAX draining systems are also compatible with all materials, are impregnable and can be installed on any surface, leaving the designers absolute freedom of use. Their flexibility makes it easier and faster to install them as they can be cut and shaped, adapting them to the surface on which they are to be installed.

Draining capacity, high protection of waterproofing and ease of installation, ease of transport and storage translate into an important economic advantage, especially compared to traditional systems.
