EXPORT SALES
Geosynthetics for Civil and Environmental Engineering

The position, based in the sales department and focused on foreign markets, will involve:

  • Develop and consolidate the customer portfolio in assigned international markets, with a particular focus on Europe and Arab countries;
  • Promote business solutions to specialized distributors and end customers such as general contractors, public entities, and waterproofing companies;
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the export strategy, in collaboration with management;
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and the specific needs of individual countries;
  • Participate in trade fairs and plan regular visits to foreign customers;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service;
  • Prepare commercial offers and independently manage negotiations until the contract is finalized.

We are looking for someone with technical training and at least 5 years of experience in international sales in the geosynthetics sector. Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish is required; knowledge of French is a plus.

The profile is completed by strong commercial skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, operational autonomy, a results-oriented approach, and willingness to travel abroad frequently.

Residence within a reasonable distance from the company headquarters is a preferred requirement.


TECHNICAL PRODUCT ENGINEER
Civil, Environmental, and Geotechnical Engineering

Reporting to the Technical Director, the role will involve:

  • Provide technical support to the sales network and customers, accompanying them through all stages of the process to ensure that the chosen solution is the safest, most effective, and most economically sustainable;
  • Draw up customized technical proposals in line with customer requirements and product characteristics;
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice on projects;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and affiliates to develop innovative and customized solutions;
  • Visit construction sites for inspections and technical assistance;
  • Monitor technical trials and laboratory tests, analyzing the characteristics of materials;
  • Participate in technical regulatory committees (CEN, ISO) to discuss and update relevant regulations;
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports to support activities.

We are looking for someone with a degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering, or in other related fields, with a good knowledge of English and the relevant technical regulations.

Essential characteristics for performing this role to the highest standard include strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a pragmatic approach. The ideal candidate will also be proactive, independent, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad is required.


TOOLMAKER

The person hired for the production department will be responsible forthe followingactivities

  • Managing the production activities of the plastic extrusion department
  • Independently change molds and tools on extrusion molding machines
  • Managing machine start-up and fine-tuning the production process
  • Supervise the correct progress of production and intervene in case of
  • Propose solutions for improving the efficiency of tooling/mold change procedures;

Requirements

  • Desirable technical degree
  • At least five years of experience and autonomy in tooling/mold changing
  • Previous experience in parameter set-up
  • knowledge of mechanical design,
  • Excellent manual skills and precision,
  • knowledge of counter tools,

The profile is completed by the ability to work in a team, flexibility, and problem solving.


MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The person hired for the mechanical maintenance department will be responsible forthe followingactivities:

  • assembly and disassembly of mechanical components such as bearings, wheels, shafts, motors,
  • assembly and disassembly of hydraulic and oil-hydraulic components such as valves, pumps,

The resource will also be responsible for:

  • Routine and extraordinary maintenance of mechanical systems
  • Fault diagnosis and repairs in collaboration with hydraulic/electrical maintenance
  • Support for the production department to ensure efficiency and operational continuity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must meet the followingrequirements:

  • in possession of a technical mechanical certificate or diploma,
  • at least five years of previous experience in the same role,
  • knowledge of mechanical design,
  • Excellent manual skills and precision,
  • knowledge of counter tools,

The profile is completed by the ability to work in a team, flexibility, and problem solving.
