Tenax S.p.A. is committed to spreading a culture of legality and promoting ethical conduct aimed at building an honest and transparent working environment.
Potential whistleblowers are encouraged to report violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company that they have become aware of in the workplace, as provided for by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, to which reference should be made.
Tenax has set up a dedicated internal reporting system in compliance with the aforementioned Decree. All reports received through the internal reporting channel will be subject to in-depth analysis and contextual verification by an external, independent entity with specifically trained and competent personnel.
The internal reporting channel adopted guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved, as well as the content of the reports and related documentation, without prejudice to any legal obligations.
The Company is prohibited from taking retaliatory or discriminatory action against the whistleblower as a result of the report submitted. Tenax will take disciplinary action and/or other measures against those who, with intent or gross negligence, make reports with the aim of damaging the reputation of the persons reported.
ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) has set up an external reporting channel, which whistleblowers can use only under the conditions described in Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023. Access to the external reporting channel is available on the ANAC institutional website.
