Lawn reinforcement net, made of HDPE, mesh size 35x33 mm, weight 640 g/m²

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) diamond-shaped mesh net. Its structure ensures effective root anchoring while also guaranteeing high resistance to grass tearing.

Lightweight and extremely flexible, it is particularly suitable for golf courses, especially driving ranges, as protection against surface depressions and to facilitate ball collection by service vehicles. This benefit is most appreciated during the wetter periods of the year, when, in the absence of a suitable net, balls sink into the ground more easily.

It is advisable to lay the mesh in spring when the grass grows quickly and the root mass binds more easily to the mesh. If there is a large area to cover, it is advisable to overlap the edges of the mesh and secure it to the ground with U-shaped nails to ensure a firm anchorage.

1. For reinforcing already grassed surfaces:

  • Cut the grass and level the surface if necessary.
  • Fill the ridges with a mixture of potting soil and sand.
  • Sowing at the same time as filling
  • Proceed with the installation of the TENAX TR mesh, securing it to the ground using the appropriate U-shaped nails.

2. For areas to be grassed

  • Remove the subfloor down to a depth of 30 cm.
  • Bring back the granular mixture and compact it to 90% of the Proctor curve.
  • To create the turf, sow the lawn or use TENAX FVP pre-seeded felt.
  • Proceed with the installation of the TENAX TR mesh, securing it to the ground using the appropriate U-shaped nails.
