Tenax SD two-strand geocomposites are an economical and effective solution for drainage in landfills, roads, railways, and large areas.

The rhomboid structure in HDPE can be industrially laminated with one or two separation and filtration geotextiles, forming a compact filter-drain-protection system that is easy to install.

Tenax SD geocomposites can be laminated underneath with a lightweight waterproof geomembrane (SDcu) to supplement the underlying waterproofing: in the case of a compacted clay or bentonite geocomposite barrier, this helps to maintain the correct level of humidity and preserve the characteristics of the materials over time.

Tenax SD drainage geocomposites are available in various types that differ in terms of flow capacity and lamination with one or two geotextiles (SD-1 or SD-2).

SDcu is manufactured by laminating a superior geotextile and a lightweight waterproof geomembrane underneath.
