The TENAX BAHIA net is an extremely versatile and reliable solution for shooting ranges, thanks to its robustness and ability to effectively retain both lead pellets and clay pigeon fragments. It can be installed either horizontally, directly on the ground of the practice range to facilitate the collection of residues, or vertically, as a barrier to delimit and secure the perimeter of the shooting range.

Horizontal installation

For ground application, including installation on the embankment at the end of the field, simply cut the rolls to size and lay the net on the surface of the field. Adjacent edges must overlap by at least 20 cm to ensure continuity and strength. It is essential to ensure that the net is securely anchored to the ground using metal U-shaped nails, positioned at regular intervals: this prevents the sheet from being lifted or moved by the wind and ensures its full functionality.

Vertical installation

When the net is used as a ball barrier or perimeter fence, installation follows a specific procedure. After placing and securing the support posts along the entire perimeter of the shooting area, a metal tension wire is positioned between each post, maintaining a maximum center distance of 1 meter. Once the supporting structure is complete, the net can be unrolled and secured to the posts and tension wires using plastic or metal cable ties, ensuring that it is taut and stable.
