This technical intervention of excellence has made a concrete contribution to the safety and construction quality of the resort, supporting villas, swimming pools, and green areas in an architectural context of great value.

Italian tourism in Egypt is growing
In 2024, Egypt recorded a total of around 16 million international visitors, an increase compared to 2023, and the Italian market remained one of the main European contributors. Around 800,000 tourists arrived from Italy, a level considered to be in line with the best pre-COVID years.
In 2025, the country accelerated further, reaching nearly 19 million international arrivals, a record compared to the previous year: according to estimates and indications from Egyptian tourism authorities, approximately one million of these visitors were Italian tourists.
