INSTALLATION
1 - Preparing the site
Remove soil clods, roots, stones or vehicle imprints from the area. Any voids should be filled in order to obtain a smooth and compact surface that allows the MULTIMAT to fit flush against the ground.
2- Installation
Excavate the anchor trenches needed to securely fasten the MULTIMAT to the ground.
The trench must be at least 30 cm wide and 30 cm deep and it must be excavated at about 60 cm far from the edge of the slope.
3 - Installing the geomat
Anchor the MULTIMAT with U staples placed every 50 cm in the trench and unroll it along the slope by overlapping the rolls about 10 cm. Fasten the net along the slope with U staples placed every 100 cm.
4 - Filling
Infill the net.
