TENAX rigid mesh tubes for filtration are manufactured in High density
polyethylene (FT/H) or Polypropylene (FT/P).
They are resistant
to chemical and atmospheric agents and they are suitable for either
disposal or incineration without the need to separate the materials
that comprise the cartridge. For products destined for use in the
food industry, TENAX uses exclusive polymers and additives that
comply with current regulations. Relevant certification can be provided
on request. Other additives can be used to modify colors or UV-resistance.
TENAX rigid mesh tubes can be manufactured so to have a certain
pitch/hole ratio, called "open area", in order to regulate
the flow, optimizing the system efficiency. As all the other products,
TENAX tubes are submitted to very strict controls, according to
ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Assurance.
