TENAX plastic nets for underground pipes signalisation

TENAX SIGNAL is a polypropylene plastic stripe with a rectangular mesh which is obtained through a process of, first, extrusion and then stretching.

TENAX SIGNAL is laid in the excavation trench about 50 cm above the cable or pipeline installation. During future re-excavation works, the highly visible band will warn digger operators and cause them to stop before any damage is done to the pipeline.

TENAX SIGNAL is available in a number of colours to identify different applications, possibly equipped with a warning written band (TENAX SIGNAL N) and also with a metallic strip for easy identification by metal detectors (TENAX SIGNAL NB).
