TENAX protection grid for underground pipeline

The TENAX CE product range has been especially conceived for the protection of all types of underground pipelines and is therefore resistant to chemical and biological agents commonly present in the ground.
This allows their protective properties to remain unaltered throughout the life-span of the installation.

INSTALLATION:


The light weight and flexibility of TENAX grid make it simple and quick to install. For pipes with a circumference of less than 15 cm in relation to the height of the net (fig. A):
1)	Lay and unroll the mesh parallel to the pipe which is to be protected.
2)	Place the net beneath the pipe.
3)	Wrap the pipe with the net, overlapping the edges by around 15 cm.
4)	Fix the net with plastic bands or by heating.


For pipes with a large circumference (fig. B):
1)	Cut the net into pieces of more than 15 cm of the circumference of the pipe.
2)	Wrap the pipe with the net overlapping the previously installed net by around 15 cm.
3)	Fix the net with plastic bands or by heating.

As "capping":
1)	Unroll the net parallel to the already buried pipe to be protected.
2)	Lay the net onto the pipe so as it covers about the upper half of its circumference.
3)	Proceed with burying the now protected pipe.
