Patents and trademarks

For more than 20 years TENAX has decided to protect its own inventions with patents, creating a Patent and Trademark Department. This operates within the wider operating area of the Legal Department. This decision means that TENAX can continue to develop technological innovations and devote itself to the research, consolidation and protection of its achievements.
Among TENAX's major inventions are: a production process for "squaring" rhomboidal meshes, the manufacture of extrusion heads for laminar nets, three-dimensional cellular structures to counter earth erosion and the application of nets for drainage. In the last ten years, TENAX has developed new products and applications, especially in the geotechnical field, and obtained the relevant patent protection.


Since years TENAX group marked the products with trademarks and tradenames whose notoriety has constantly grown up in all these years.
TENAX trademark, represented in various ways together with the other trademarks are legally protected because they are registered at the Trademark Office of many countries. Today these trademarks and tradename identify TENAX products quality and promote good reputation of the Group; for these reasons they are actively protected by the infringement.
